You can do it !!

YOU CAN DO IT !!

Life can be a great challenge and we all need encouragement fromtime to time. Why? Because even as you are doing your best tomotivate yourself there will be days when it all seems too much. No matter how challenging life gets bear in mind the following three points.
1. Your problems are not personalMost of our problems can be solved right away once we learn thecorrect strategy. Theories might help however often they will onlyallow you to understand the problem without giving you a solutionyou can put to good use right away. Be alert to resources that show you practical strategies. Abreakthrough is possible sooner than you think once you find and usean effective strategy.
2. Your problems are not pervasive. When things are not working out and you feel like giving up -- stop! Look for aspects of your life that are working to remind yourselfthat not everything is falling apart. It is unlikely that everysingle one of your relationships is in trouble. It is highlyunlikely that motivation is an issue for you 24 hours a day. Look for opportunities to learn and improve a little at a time. Ifyou can take baby steps and make just a little progress each day youwill be amazed at how far you will progress over the next 6 months.
3. Your problems are not permanentWhenever it seems like there is no end in sight to your growingproblems -- have faith! Think about all the old problems that are now no longer part of yourlife. Remember people you used to have trouble relating to who younow enjoy talking to.And allow the possibility of change in the future. After all changeis the only thing we can count on in the future. And thankfully thatapplies to all your problems as well. How can you accelerate the possibility of positive change?By changing yourself to become the kind of person who easily handlesproblems. Your biggest problems in life are likely to have once been smallproblems that grew and grew until you felt unable to deal with them. Now is the time to stop procrastination taking control of your lifeand instead discover a better way to make the most of theopportunities in front of you. And solve problems before they grow too large.
